The client meets with the coach on a weekly basis for a review of adherence to the program and for a weigh-in. Every four weeks body composition is re-analyzed.

This is similar to the Cycling Coaching program, but is more focused on general overall fitness and a wellness lifestyle and not specifically on cycling but may include cycling if client chooses. Any form of exercise the client desires to do can be included in this plan. Is geared more for non-athletes and recreational cyclists. Uses Fitness Peaks™ online software and includes unlimited email and phone contact with coach. Includes aerobic and strength training components as well as weight management advice.
$125 per month*
* Requires initial payment of three months’ worth of coaching.
Provides one-on-one assistance with planning and conducting a training program. It starts with a thorough health and fitness assessment and develops an exercise program suited to the client’s goals. Personal training can help the client stay motivated, and adds variety and challenge to the workouts, and pushes the client more than they would likely do on their own.
Can be conducted at 24/7 X-Press Fitness Center in Des Moines.
